Flounder stuffed with seasoned shrimp and bread crumbs. Flounder stuffed with seasoned shrimp and bread crumbs.
Number of Servings: 4


    8 flounder fillets
    8 oz frozen pre-cooked shrimp (if medium or large, dice shrimp)
    1 large egg
    2 tbsp Smart balance margarine
    2 tsp Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning
    .5 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned, but only with herbs, no cheese)


Pre-heat oven to 350. Use 1 tblspn of margarine to grease a backing dish. Set aside.
Dice thawed-detailed and de-veined shrimp. Add shrimp, bread crumbs, seasoning and egg in a bowl and mix together.
Take a portion of the shrimp/breadcrumb mixture and spread on top of a fillet. Top with a second fillet. Repeat. Place in baking dish. Melt remaining margarine and pour over fillets. Place in oven and bake until done.
