    1 Lb chicken cut in small cubes
    1 Large Onion slivered
    1 Large Green Pepper slivered
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    Season Chicken with Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder, and Paprika as desired
    Slice avocado into slivers
    No Stick Spray
    Non-Fat Sour Cream


Best to use semi-frozen Chicken Breast


Slice chicken breast into small cubes and place in non-stick pan with oil and cook till fully cooked, Sliver onion and pepper and add to pan and stir to combine, then place lid on pan to allow vegetables to soften slightly. Remove chicken mixture to serving dish and wipe pan. Spray pan and add tortilla to pan to soften slightly and then flip tortilla over. Add ingredients to one side of tortilla and fold over. Slide tortilla onto plate and top with a sprinkle of cheese.
