    3/4 cup white rice
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 pat butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 cloves garlic
    1 quart and 1 pint canned tomatos
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 14.5 can saukerkraut
    21 cabbage leaves
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Combine rice, water, butter and 1/2 tsp salt and cook according to package directions.

Brown beef and turkey with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Combine tomatoes and tomato sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Add cabbage to boiling water for about 10 minutes. Remove leaves from cabbage.

Combine rice, meat and 1/2 cup of sauce. Stuff mixture into cabbage leaves, arrange in 13 x 9 baking dish and top with remaining sauce.

Cook at 300 degrees for 60 - 90 minutes.

Stuff rice mixture into cabbage
