Ingredients

    1 cup FF milk
    1 cup water
    1sm pkg instant vanill SF pudding mix
    1 16 oz can pumpkin
    1 cup FF Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Tips

I have substituted butterscotch for the vanilla pudding. Both work well.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
