    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    * Organic Black Beans, 2 cup (remove)
    * Organic Kidney Beans, 3.5 serving (remove)
    * Tabasco Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * 2 cups water
    * Can of Organic diced tomatoes


heat oil in large skillet
sautéed onion, pepper, cayenne and garlic for 3-5 min
add cup of rice and brown for approx. 5 min
add two cups water and organic diced tomatoes.
bring to a boil
add beans and corn, hot sauce, pepper and return to boil
once boiling reduced heat and cover.
allow to cook for approx 15 min or until rice is cooked through.
allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
