Number of Servings: 18


    3 whole eggs
    12 egg whites
    3 scoops MRM Vanilla Whey
    3/4 to 1 cup oats
    2 cups cooked puree'd sweet potato (pumpkin works good too)
    1 tbl cinnamon
    2 pk truvia


Heat oven to 350
line muffin pan with 18 liners, sprayed with pam

I use a blend teck but you need to mix the oats, whey and cin. until well blended. I pour out to add later. Then add eggs to blender with sweet potato and blend, add dry mix till well blended.

Pour into muffin liners.
Bake 30 + min till not liquid in center and a little brown on edges. You can under cook a little if you will be reheating later.
