    1 10" Polish Sausage
    1 large Red Bell Pepper
    1 large Green Bell Pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 Garlic cloves
    1/2 cup Tomato sauce
    2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


This serves about 6 people.

Put a tbsp of EVOO into the bottom of a skillet. Cut your sausage long way across the middle and fry it up in the skillet until it is crispy on the outside. Take out and set aside. Cut your peppers, onions, and garlic into strips. Add another tbsp of EVOO and sautee your veggies. After all your veggies are tender deglaze your pan by taking tomato sauce and a few tbsps of water and pouring over veggies. Scrap bottom of pan to get all the flavor up off the skillet. Let thicken for a few mins. Drop your sausage back into the dish and serve.
