Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    4 egg whites
    1 cup scallions
    1 cup zuccini, diced
    1 cup summer squash, diced
    3 cups brown rice, cooked
    soy and/or teriyaki sauce to taste

Directions

brown turkey, scramble egg whites, saute zuccini and squash, cook brown rice. Mix all together and add remaining ingredients. Cook for appx. 15 minutes or until rice starts to brown a little.
