    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4-1/2 diced onions
    1 egg
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 tbl cumin
    Salt and pepper to taste


Put all ingreadients in food processor, pulse until well blended and thick. It should clump together. Form patties and put on lined plate in fridge for at least half and hour. Cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
