Ingredients

    1 can Wheat Biscuits
    8 oz of cooked diced ham
    1/2 package of Jimmy Dean turkey crumbles
    6 med. eggs
    .25 cup of cheese
    1 small green peper
    1 small onion

Directions

Dice onion and green peper (be sure to cut the small). put them in a pan to cook and soften up a little, while they are cooking break open eggs in a bowl. After pepers and onions are done put in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Cook eggs and then add to peppers and onions. Add ham and sausage to the other mixture, mix well. Take one biscuits and roll it flate ( not to thin because it will tear the packed). Add some of mixture to each biscuit and tuck ends in and roll up. Placed on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 min at 350 or untill lightly brown.
