    1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
    2 tbsp light margarine
    2 C reduced fat cheese
    16 oz cooked diced ham
    1/2c grated Parmesan
    2 tbsp flour
    12 eggs
    1c heavy whipping cream
    1 tbsp mustard


sautee mushrooms in margarine
In large bowl combine cheese, ham and Parmesan
grease 13x9 baking dish, spread mushrooms on the bottom of dish then cover with ham and cheese mixture.
Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream and mustard pour over cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

You can also make this and freeze for up to 3 months when you are ready to cook remove from freezer 30 minutes before cooking(do not thaw) cover and bake for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until and knife is inserted and comes out clean.
