    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces , cubed
    *Red Bell Pepper, 1 medium , sliced
    Green Pepper, 1 medium, sliced
    *2 small yukon gold potatoes, cubed
    Zucchini, 2 medium, sliced
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    *Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 3 oz


Toss all ingredients together, season to taste (I use Tony chachere's, garlic powder, and paprika) and bake in a Pam-ed 9x13 pan at 450 for 20 or so minutes until the chicken and potatoes are both done.
