    *flour - self raising, 90 gram(s) (remove)
    *Wholemeal Flour, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Deluxe Energy Trail Mix, 1.76 oz (remove)
    *Golden Canola Lite Margerine, 150 gram(s) (melted) (remove)
    *Lite mixed berry yoghurt, 125 gram(s) (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 75 grams (remove)
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 7 tsp (remove)
    *egg raw (1 serving = 1 egg = 42g), 3 serving (remove)


1. Grease and line 10cm by 30cm (4 by 12-inches) flute tin. (I used a small loaf tin.) Preheat oven to 170C.

2. Combine flours, baking powder and soda in a mixing bowl.

3. Combine melted margerine, yoghurt, sugar and eggs.

4. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture together with peach dices until well blended.

5. Spoon batter into prepared tin. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until cooked. Stand for 10 minutes then turn on to wire rack to cool.
