Ingredients


    Ingredients:


    3/4c Tofu
    1/2 c Frozen Spinach
    1T Nutritional YeastGarlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    1t Soy Sauce
    1t Olive Oil
    2T Soy Milk


Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Crumble tofu, and add other ingredients. Cook 5-10 minutes, or until tofu is slightly golden brown. Enjoy!

Serves one... mmm...

    never tried tofu before...it's a texture thing, and i was worried when i opened the packet!
    But, this was an amazing breakfast, yum yummmm
    and has been added to my favourites,
    cannot rave enough about it,

    I'm guessing the "yeastgarlic" is a typo...it's 1 T nutritional yeast and 1 tsp garlic.

    Nutritional yeast can be found at healthfood stores and online...make sure you don't get brewers yeast, that's something completely different. Nutritional yeast gives a cheezy kind of flavor.
