No Salt Added Sausage Patties
1 lb ground pork
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. fennel seed
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. olive oil
1/4 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. coriander powder
These would taste more like sausage with salt added so if you aren't sodium restricted like me, you might want to add salt.
Make a small patty and microwave for about a minute or until cooked in order to taste test your batch before cooking them all.
to blend thoroughly. Shape into small patties about 1.5 inches across. Recipe is calculated for 27, which is how many my batch made.
Cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through. I didn't add any oil, but you could if you like.
I freeze these to use for quick breakfasts.
