    1 Egg Yolk
    2 TBSP White Sugar
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 TBSP and 1 tsp Butter, unsalted
    1/3 cup White Vinegar
    1/3 cup 1% Milk


In a medium saucepan, stir together the egg yolk, sugar, mustard, butter and vinegar. Whisk together over medium heat and boil until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Whisk in the milk. Refrigerate until using.
