Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    4 Medium carrots cut on diagonal
    2 Medium potatoes
    1/2 Large Onion Cut in 8 pieces
    1 14.7 oz can Swanson's 99%Fat Free Beef broth
    8 cups water
    4 tsp Fat Free Chicken Bouillon
    6 oz Jenny O 99/7 Ground Turkey Italian Flavored (12 1/2 oz meatballs)
    Salt, Pepper and Italian Seasoning to taste

Tips

I freeze my ground turkey in 1 oz balls so I can easily take out a specific amount, it makes it so much easier and quicker to defrost for use in recipes.


Directions

Put oil in pan and add vegetables to pan and saute. Add broth, water, bouillon, and bring to boil. Continue to boil and add meatballs till they are cooked through.
