    1 can Tomatoes diced in juice 14.5 oz (411g)
    1 can Rosarita Refried Beans, 16oz Fat Free, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils, 2 cup
    2 Bullion, Chicken Flavored
    Water, tap, 3 cup


Heat diced tomatoes with bullion cubes and 3 cups of water until cubes dissolve. Add refried beans cook an stir until refried beans dissolve into broth. Add frozen corn and lentils and heat on medium for approximately 15 more minutes
