    1 lb Chicken breast
    1 sm can diced green chiles
    1 can green enchilada sauce
    5 flour tortillas (8 in)


Brown chicken breast, chop into small 1 inch cube pieces. Saute chicken breast with diced green chiles and half the enchilada sauce for 2-5 minutes until warm. Line the bottom of a glass baking dish with 1/4 of the sauce to prevent sticking. Fill tortillas with mixture and place in bottom of pan, drizzle with remaining enchilada sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 5 enchiladas
