    o 12 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
    o 3/4 c sugar
    o 2 eggs
    o 1/2 tsp vanilla

    Pie Shell
    o Prepared or homemade graham cracker pie shell

    o 1 c sour cream
    o 1/4 c sugar
    o 1/2 tsp vanilla


Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour into chilled pie shell. Bake at 375* F 20 minutes (or until just set in the middle.

Combine Topping ingredients. Pour over baked cheesecake. Bake at 450*F 8 minutes (or until just set).

Serve chilled.
