Ingredients

    1 tbs drained capers
    1 garlic clove crushed
    2 pats of butter
    1/2 fl oz of white wine
    1/2 halibut fillet
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

salt and pepper halibut and set aside
simmer all other ingredients in sauce pan
add fish count for 3-4 min each side
