    1 cabbage, shredded
    1 bell pepper, match stick sliced
    leek, sliced thin
    about 10 baby carrots, match stick sliced
    1/4 c salted roasted peanuts

    1 garlic clove
    2 Tbsp ginger root
    2 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp rice vinegar
    4 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 Tbsp honey
    1/4 c water


Mix first five ingredients together. Then mix dressing together. Pour dressing over individual servings and top with peanuts.

Mama Pea uses 2 green onions instead of the leek.
