    2 cans cherry pie filling with Splenda
    1 box refrigerated pie crust
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp skim milk


Take crusts out of box and let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Unwrap one crust and press it into a 9" glass pie plate. Empty contents of both cans of pie filling into bottom crust. Spread evenly.

Unwrap the second crust and lay it over the top of the pie. Use a knife to trim the excess around the edge of the pie plate.*

Pinch the edges of the two crusts together all the way around the pie. Cut four slits in the top crust. Brush the top crust with skim milk, then sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven, then cover the edges of the crust with foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake for 20-25 more minutes. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

* Note: The crust that is cut away is already accounted for in the nutrition facts. You should end up cutting away approximately 75g of crust.
