    *1 (8.5 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
    Shortening, 2 tbsp
    *Skim Milk, .75 cup


Preheat griddle and grease lightly. Blend all ingredients, batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook on griddle, flipping pancakes when bubbles appear and the edges brown a bit.
