    2 Tbsp. Onion chopped
    3 Tbsp. I Can't It's Not Butter (stick)
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    2 cups skim milk
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    4 cups Yukon Gold Potato


Brown onion in butter substitute, add flour, mix in skim milk, heat till thickens, add black pepper, pour over sliced potatoes in baking dish. Back at 350 for 1 hour 40 minutes.
