    2 (6 oz each) Gold N Plump boneless skinless split chicken breasts
    1 TBSP Light Whipped Butter
    1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
    1 tsp Coriander seed
    1 tsp Caraway Seed
    1.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/3 cup 365 Organic Chicken Broth


Using a mortar and pestle, combine and crush kosher salt, coriander seed, caraway seed, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
Rub spice mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
Add chicken breasts to skillet and cook for about 6 minutes.
Flip chicken breasts and cook about 6 more minutes - until both sides are nicely browned and they are cooked through.
Add chicken broth to skillet and mix with browned bits in pan - turning chicken to coat in the mixture.
