Ingredients

    1/4 cup rolled oats
    2 tbsp fiber one cereal, slightly crushed
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/4 tsp apple pie spice
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 packets Sweet Leaf, Stevia, or Truvia natural sweetener
    1 vial vanilla stevia

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F and grease a mini loaf pan (or ramekin) and set aside.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then, broil for an additional 3 minutes; remove from oven and let cool for approx 5 minutes before devouring!
