    2 Tbls. Coconut oil
    1 Tbls. Cajun seasoning
    3/4 pounds spicy sausage cut into rounds
    1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 Tbls. garlic
    16 oz. crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. file poweder
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. riced cauliflower


Keep sausage and chicken separate and toss each with Cajun seasoning. Saute sausage in oil, then remove and saute chicken then remove.
Then saute in the same pan onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic until tender. Stir in crushed tomatoes and season with spices and sauces, then stir in chicken and sausage.
Cook for 10 min. stirring occasionally.
Stir in Chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 min or until liquid is slightly reduced.
Serve over riced cauliflower.

Serving Size: makes about 6 servings, or more depending on how much you eat
