Ingredients

    2 oz goat cheese
    1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup of Kraft Light Barbeque Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400* line 8x8 square baking pan or 8"round pan with nonstick foil

mix together 1/4 cup of kraft bbq sauce, ground turkey, and 2 oz goat cheese until well blended.

make into meatloaf log on the nonstick foil.

Using a basting brush...use the rest of the barbeque sauce to coat the top and sides of the meatloaf making sure not to get excess on the pan or foil.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.

Let cool on a serving plate for about 10 minutes and slice into 8 pieces.
