Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 pork chops (3 oz each)
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp dried sage
    1 Tbsp paprika
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Combine seasonings: mix well. Coat Chops with seasoning mixture. Grill Directly over med-high heat 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.

    Calories by ingredient are for 1/4 serving; would need to put in as 4 servings to record numbers for a 3 oz chop in the tracker. Very tasty though! Use Mrs Dash Chipotle instead of seasoned salt and cumin instead of sage for more spice, lower sodium. - 3/3/10

    I also think the calories listed here are wrong. Based on the Spark page, a 3 oz roasted pork chop is over 169 calories. Sounds tasty, regardless. - 1/14/10
