    2 red bell peppers
    10 oz tuna, drained
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp bouquet garni


Preheat oven to 375'F.

Core peppers.

Blend tuna, spices, and dijon mustard. Stuff peppers with mix.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 peppers
