Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1 cup diced red bell pepper
    1 dice package of canadian bacon
    1 cup diced low fat cheddar cheese

Directions

scramble eggs in bowl and add 3 tbs of water. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
