Introduction
A very moist chocolate cake. A very moist chocolate cake.Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients

For the cake:
Mix together:
2 C. flour
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp baking soda
Now add:
1 C. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 C. cold water
1 Tbsp vanilla
Icing:
1/3 C. butter or margarine (melted)
1 C. light brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 1/2 C. confectioners sugar
1/4 C. milk
Directions
Grease and flour a 13 X 9 inch baking pan/dish.
Pour the mixed batter into the baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Make 24 2-inch pieces
Icing:
Combine melted butter and brown sugar. Add confectioners sugar (sift if lumpy) alternating with the milk. Beat until smooth. If frosting is too thick to spread easily, beat in 1/2 tsp of milk at a time until able to spread easily.
