    1# Red Potatoes sliced thin
    1# Carrots Sliced
    1 Cup BBQ Sauce
    Garlic Pepper to Taste


Saute onion in the skillet for added flavor and dimension.


Put a little BBQ sauce in the bottom of a Microwave safe dish.
Layer sliced potatoes and sliced carrots.
Cover with remaining BBQ sauce.
Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Dump the potatoes and carrots in a skillet and finish cooking on the stovetop to desired doneness.
