Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Cups cabbage
    1 cupbell pepper strips
    5 large mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 large onion
    1 baked chicken quarter
    2 tble sesame oil
    1 Tbsp garlic
    2 Tbs lite soy sauce
    red pepper flakes, opt.

Tips

You may not need this much sesame oil.

I measure out 7 oz of baked leg quarter meat. The closest calculation is for light roasted chicken.

Grated carrots may be added. I didn't have any on hand.


Directions

Saute veg in sesame oil til tender. Add chicken, garlic and soy. Heat through. Let cool enough to fill egg roll or wonton wrappers.
