Ingredients

    1 chicken giblets pouch from the center of the chicken
    1 small onion
    1 tbsp smart balance
    1 tbsp parsley

Directions

Saute chicken giblets in smart balance with chopped onion. Make sure to cook on a low temp for a long time so the center of the chicken neck is cooked. The onions will start to caramelize, add them last so tey're not burnt.
