Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Corn, southwestern, Kuner's, 1.5 cup
    Beef round top round steak, 20 oz
    Best Choice Instant White Rice, 1 cup
    Frozen Mixed Pepper Strips, 1 package
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped course
    Sauce - Enchilada Sauce-Old El Paso, 1.25 cup

Directions

Braise beef, onions and peppers in large skillet
Prepare one cup instant rice separately
When onions are translucent, drain off fat.
Add rice, enchilada sauce, and corn to skillet and combine all. Simmer for 20 minutes
