Ingredients

    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 32 oz
    *Refried Beans, 2 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Red Potato, 907 grams
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut pork into bite size pcs. Brown Pork and onion in 2 tbsl canola oil in small batches. After the meat and onion has browned chop garlic fine and add to the browning meat for just a moment, add this all to crockpot. While pan still hot add the refried beans and chicken broth, make a gravy from this. Cut red potatoes into 1/4's for large chunks. add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook on low for 8 1/2 - 9 hours. Top with guacamole and sour cream if you wish, but is delish without.
