Ingredients

    4 c water
    2 tablespoons salted buter
    1 c dry steel cut oats
    1 small apple diced
    1 tablespoon golden raisins
    1 tablespoon raisins
    1 tablespoon dried cranberries
    1/3 c Fat free half and half

Directions

Melt butter in small skillet add dry oats and toast. Place oats and water in rice cooker and let cook. When finished add chopped apple and dried fruit, Let sit on warm for 10 minutes and add cream

Serving Size: 1/2 c per erving
