Ingredients

    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup liquid egg whites
    1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (6 tbsp total) unsweetened almond milk
    2 tbsp Jay Robb vanilla whey protein powder (or a little less than 1/2 a serving of another vanilla protein powder)
    dash of cinnamon (or to taste)

Tips

If you have a particularly strong microwave (like I do) you might have to do this in 45-second increments.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable bowl, and microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes (be careful it doesn't overflow!!). Stop, stir, and microwave another 1 1/2 minutes, or until cooked through. ENJOY your delicious, filling meal! :)
