Introduction

This is a loose granola mixture that is great with yogurt or in cooked oatmeal. This is a loose granola mixture that is great with yogurt or in cooked oatmeal.

Ingredients

    3 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup craisins
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup canola
    3/4 tsp salt

Directions

Mix oats, almonds, craisins, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon in large bowl.
In small bowl mix honey, oil and salt.
Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in 250 oven 1 1/4 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and store in airtight container.
