Introduction

Ingredients

12 ounces chicken breast, fat trimmed
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped shallots
3 cups cabbage
Water
Crushed Red Peppers *hot*
Any spice you prefer
Directions
Cube chicken and brown in pan on stove top. I like to pepper my chicken with brown pepper and crushed red hot peppers to give it a kick during this staged. After it is completely browned add 2/3 cup water and put in veggies. Steam until tender or whatever you prefer. I season it with whatever I'm feeling at the time.
Great over rice! I also put a table spoon of light sour cream over the top to mellow the spicey.
