    4 cups shredded cabbage (1/2 head)
    2 cups shredded carrots (1 lge carrot)
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    8 packets of splenda


This is not a real "wet" cole slaw. If you like it juicier you can add a little skim milk to the mixture to thin it out.


Shred cabbaage & carrots in food processor. Mix mayonnaise and splenda throughly into mixture and allow to chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
