    Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 8 oz
    Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Cook chicken and pasta and asparagus, drain. Mix together the rest of the ingreidents.
