    2 pkg dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 t. sugar
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 T. minced onion
    2 T. dill weed
    1 t. baking powder
    2 t. salt
    2 T. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour


Sprinkle 2 pkgs of yeast over warm water. Stir until blended. Stir in 2 t. sugar. Set aside

Mix cottage cheese, minced oin, dill weed, baking powder, salt, sugar and eggs. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. Add fllour to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Put in greased bowl and let rise about 1 hour. make 2 loaves and let rise. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
