    H-E-B Italian Romaine Salad Blend (2 1/2 cups), 3 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Sockeye Salmon (aka Red Salmon) - Wild Caught, 3 oz
    Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup
    *Newman's Own Light Cranberry Walnut Dressing (Lighten Up!), 2 tbsp


George Foreman's Grill


Sprinkle wild sockeye salmon with Lemon Pepper Seasonsing of choice. Grill 4 oz salmon filet for 4 - 5 1/2 minutes. Remove skin and cooked salmon should weight about 3 oz. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
