    Potato white boiled, 4
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Mustard spicy brown French's, 1 tsp
    Mayonnaise Kraft light, 8 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Parsley, 0.25 tbsp
    Pineapple crushed Dole, 0.25 cup


Boil white potatoes & egg about 20 minutes. Set aside to in refrigerator to cool about 30 minutes. Dice potatoes into medium pieces. Add hard boiled egg chopped & balance of ingredients. Mix well & refrigerate at least 2 hrs to allow salad to marinate.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings of 1/2 cup each
