Introduction

Yum! Serve over pasta or rice Yum! Serve over pasta or rice
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    5 chicken breasts cup up
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chicken broth
    3/4 cup fat free half and half
    1/2 cup white wine
    sm can mushrooms
    1 cup sliced sundried tomatoes

Directions

Heat 1 tbs olive oil and add chunked chicken . Cooked until no longer pink. Add onion and mushroom and scrape bottom of pan, Add broth, wine and half and half. Stir to combine and coat chicken.
Add sun dried tomatoes. Simmer for about 30 min. Stir often.
Serve over pasta, noodles or rice.

  • I added minced garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the sauce. I only had sundried tomatoes in oil and that added a lot of flavour to the recipe too! I will make this again - 3/16/13
