Ingredients

    5 - 7' Egg roll wrappers
    1 TBS low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 cup broccoli slaw

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Lay wrappers out on clean surface. Evenly divide cup of broccoli slaw, and place in middle of wrappers. Evenly divide soy sauce and ginger and place on broccoli slaw, and roll up in wrapper. Cook in over for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for 7 more.

Serving Size: makes 5 spring rolls
