Ingredients

    1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    Dash of Salt or none at all
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1/8 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    Dash of Cardamon if desired

    1 1/2 Blackberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar or Granulated Sugar
    1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (Mine is organic unsweetened kind)
    1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    2 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan.
Blend first 6 ingredients well in a small bowl, in a larger bowl mix last 5 ingredients well. Combine flour mixture into the large bowl to mix well. Dump mixture into loaf pan and bake for an hour and 10 minutes. Give or take depending upon your oven.
